Lay out & plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings using CAD equip & software. Supervise, coordinate, & inspect work of draftspersons, technicians, & technologists on construction projects. Analyze technical implications of architect's design concept, calculating weights, volumes, & stress factors. Prepare cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents & tech reports for projects under architect's supervision.
