PMG Project Management, LLC., is actively seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee complex vertical construction projects, including public-sector buildings and private commercial developments. Based in Houston, Texas, this role is ideal for a field leader with a passion for quality, safety, and schedule control. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all field operations on vertical construction projects

• Enforce quality control and site safety standards in accordance with OSHA and project specifications

• Manage subcontractor performance, site logistics, and work sequencing

• Maintain daily logs, schedules, and field reports

• Interface with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams

• Ensure successful execution of projects ranging from municipal facilities to private commercial buildings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or 10+ years of field supervision experience on vertical construction projects

• Proven experience managing public and private facilities (e.g., government buildings, healthcare centers, commercial offices)

• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and sequencing

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills

• Proficient with project management and field tracking tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

• OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred
