Job Description

The Project Manager leads all phases of construction projects, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel, driving collaboration, safety, and performance across every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of assigned projects.

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and closeout activities.

  • Manage client communication and expectations.

  • Oversee progress meetings and prepare project reports.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, or similar project management software.

  • Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
