PMG was part of the Rice and Gardner team that provided Program Management services to HISD under the 2007 bond program. The schools ranged from elementary to high school and they include renovation and new construction projects. PMG assisted with Construction Management, Site Assessments, Cost Estimating, and facilitation of projects close out.

Schools included: Austin High School, Forester Elementary School, Furr High School, Grady Middle School, Jackson Middle School, Jordan High School, T.H. Rogers, Westside High School and etc.
