PMG provided Project Management and Inspection services for the renovation and expansion of the Hobby Airport. PMG provided oversight during construction, negotiated Change Orders, issued RFI’s, prepared Operations and Maintenance Manuals, maintained As-Built Drawings, monitored schedule, and ensured that resources were available in order to meet the challenging deadlines.
