PMG served as part of the Program Management Team. PMG also performed HQS inspections on 40,000 homes throughout Harris County. PMG’s services included: scheduling inspections on a daily basis, documenting results of the inspections, entering all data into database systems, and creating reports as required to keep management informed of the status of inspections.
