PMG is currently providing services for HCC’s bond program by facilitating the execution of projects that resulted from the most recent facility condition assessment performed. Services include evaluating facilities, facilitating design services, assisting with procurement of contractors and or service companies, oversight of project construction, quality assurance/quality control-QA/QC close out, and project documentation.
