PMG Performed Project Management and Construction services for the renovation of Waltrip High School. This is the second largest project for the school district. Houston ISD is the 4th largest school district in the nation.  Project scope includes over 200,000SF of concrete pavement, 50,000SF of asphalt pavement, underground utilities, new lift station, sidewalks, site improvements, and pavement marking. PMG completed construction services on a record period of 10 weeks during the summer having the school ready for opening in August 2012.
