Understanding the Challenge

The Hallows Affordable Housing Development was created to provide quality, sustainable housing for low- and moderate-income residents in Harris County. The project aimed to meet increasing demand for affordable units while incorporating modern amenities and sustainable building practices. Challenges included balancing cost constraints with design quality, meeting HUD and ADA compliance standards, and coordinating multiple funding sources under strict reporting and construction timelines. The project also required careful stakeholder management to ensure that community needs were met while maintaining financial and operational feasibility.

Our Strategic Intervention

PMG provided project management, construction oversight, and cost control services throughout the planning and delivery of The Hallows development.
