Understanding the Challenge
Episcopal High School sought to expand and modernize its campus through the development of a new Visual and Performing Arts Complex, designed to elevate student creativity and engagement while reinforcing the school’s reputation for academic and artistic excellence. The project required the integration of advanced acoustical systems, performance technology, and specialized classroom environments within an architecturally distinct facility that complemented the existing campus. Challenges included maintaining the construction schedule within the academic calendar, managing coordination among multiple specialty trades, and ensuring the complex met both functional and aesthetic goals.
